Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Software Systems Engineer – DevOps to join its Datacenter Networking team in Bengaluru. The role involves designing, developing, testing, debugging, and enhancing software solutions while working alongside experienced engineers. Responsibilities

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software for new and existing products.

Develop automated test cases and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Minimum & preferred qualifications

Educational Qualification

B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Experience Required

0–2 years of hands-on experience, including internships, co-ops, or academic projects.

Technical Skills

Programming experience in Python, Golang, Java, C, or C++.
Understanding of cloud-native software development and distributed systems.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Exposure to Kubernetes, OpenStack, VMware, or KVM.
Familiarity with Docker, Cassandra, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Experience with Ansible, Helm, Terraform, or similar automation tools.
Understanding of REST and gRPC APIs.
Ability to develop automated test cases and work with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of observability and monitoring concepts.
