Job Description
Build and enhance data-driven customer experience software as a Full Stack Engineer working across .NET/C#, React, TypeScript, cloud platforms, and modern delivery practices. The role offers a permanent full-time setup with flexible working hours and home-office flexibility in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack software applications using C# with .NET or .NET Core and React with TypeScript.
- Build robust backend services, APIs, business logic, and application components that meet functional and technical requirements.
- Develop responsive and maintainable frontend features using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Work with relational databases and SQL to design, query, and optimize data-driven application functionality.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps and support reliable application delivery across development and production environments.
- Develop and operate applications across cloud environments including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services where required.
- Apply appropriate software design patterns and architectural principles to maintain clean, testable, and scalable code.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, debugging, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Work with Git-based source control and modern engineering practices to ensure traceable and maintainable development.
- Contribute to microservice, serverless, or NoSQL-based solutions when appropriate to the application's architecture.
- Support containerized workloads and development practices involving Docker where applicable.
- Communicate technical decisions effectively and work constructively within a flat, collaborative engineering organization.

Minimum & preferred qualifications
- Successfully completed a degree in computer science, business or media computer science, or comparable technical training.
- Good practical knowledge of C# and .NET/.NET Core with the ability to develop production-quality backend applications.
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for modern frontend development.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL, including the ability to understand and implement data-driven functionality.
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, clean code, debugging, testing, version control, and collaborative development.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional engineering environment.
- Very good written and spoken English for collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of design patterns such as MVC, Domain Model, and Unit of Work is advantageous.
- Familiarity with microservice architecture, serverless architecture, and NoSQL databases is preferred.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD practices, particularly Azure DevOps, is beneficial.
- Exposure to Docker and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, open-communication culture and delivering maintainable software solutions.
