Strong hands-on software development or technical expertise in one or more technology stacks.
Experience working with modern technologies, legacy systems, or both.
Ability to independently deliver high-quality consulting or project work.
Ability to understand client requirements, scope technical work, and communicate effectively.
Expertise in one specialized area or across multiple technologies.
Availability for paid consultations, project engagements, or fractional software engineering roles.
