Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-agent solutions using large language models; develop Node.js and Python microservices; expose structured REST APIs; build secure SQL data-access layers; integrate AI capabilities into multi-channel customer workflows; perform testing and debugging; optimize service performance; collaborate with product, engineering and business teams; apply prompt-engineering techniques; maintain technical documentation; contribute to secure and scalable application architecture; use development-assistance tools such as GitHub Copilot where appropriate to improve engineering productivity and quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
Applicants should have strong software-development experience with Node.js and Python and a sound understanding of REST API design and SQL. Knowledge of large language models, AI-agent architectures, prompt engineering, microservices, secure data handling and scalable application development is important. Candidates should demonstrate strong programming fundamentals, debugging, testing, analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to translate business workflows into maintainable AI-enabled technical solutions.
