Lead Full Stack Consultant | Java React AWS Microservices | Pune

Lead technical implementation for full-stack solutions using Java, React and AWS technologies. Analyze requirements and translate business needs into maintainable technical designs and application components. Guide development activities and ensure code follows agreed engineering and quality standards. Work across front-end and back-end layers to build, enhance and troubleshoot enterprise applications. Use AWS services appropriately within solution architectures and support deployment or integration activities. Review technical work, identify risks and resolve complex development issues. Collaborate with architects, analysts, testers and project stakeholders to ensure delivery remains aligned with requirements. Support estimation, planning and technical decision-making for assigned modules. Participate in testing, defect resolution, performance improvement and production-support activities where required. Mentor other developers and encourage consistent engineering practices. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify solutions, automate repetitive activities and strengthen application reliability.

Candidates should have strong professional experience in Java-based application development together with React and AWS skills. Hands-on full-stack development capability is required, including understanding of front-end, back-end and API-based application architectures. Experience designing, developing, testing and troubleshooting enterprise applications is important. Candidates should be comfortable working with cloud services and modern development practices.
