About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack Java applications and microservices in cloud environments. Build secure APIs, backend services, and user-facing components in line with architecture and security standards. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, debugging, and performance optimization. Collaborate with product, architecture, DevOps, and quality teams across the delivery lifecycle. Support production incidents, monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
Candidates should have strong Java development experience, including Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and full-stack application development. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, CI/CD tools, containers, databases, and automated testing is expected. Experience with secure coding, code reviews, and agile delivery practices is important. The role requires problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with distributed technology teams. Candidates should be able to work independently on complex technical tasks while aligning with banking technology standards.
