Frontend Developer

Information Technology (IT) Remote

Seeking a frontend developer who can take initiative, work efficiently, and deliver high-quality, production-ready code with minimal oversight.

Develop and maintain user-facing features with a focus on performance and scalability.
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality.
Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and best practices.
Take ownership of projects and deliver results within deadlines.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed.

Strong experience with Next.js and Tailwind CSS
Experience building both websites and web applications
Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive implementations
Strong understanding of Git, frontend architecture, and production best practices
Experience using AI/agentic coding workflows effectively without becoming dependent on them
Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable code
Reliable internet and comfortable communicating via Discord
4+ years of work experience with Next.js
4+ years of work experience with Tailwind CSS
4+ years of work experience with React.js
